Merry Christmas!

It is hard to believe that another year has come and that we are entering our 30th year here at Nestor Falls Fly-In Outposts. Seems like only yesterday we had two little kids running around on the dock trying to keep clothes on our daughter Ashley and keeping our son Jon out of the water. Now Jon and his wife Kasey and their son Ryan work along side us in the business. Ashley, James and Brax are in Winnipeg and come home as often as they can to enjoy the outdoors.

Dave and I have been so blessed to have met so many people over the years that we now call friends. Since your fly-in fishing trip this year, we have moved into the new home which you would think would be a happy occasion…but in reality, it has been a very hard move for us to make. I miss the bay on Pine Lake and, believe it or not, leaving the work behind at night. Dave & I have been busy getting the new place ready for Christmas and for family to arrive. We are excited to have all our family home for the holidays this year; since it is the first Christmas in the New House and our first Christmas with our new grandson Brax and the start of new memories here in Nestor Falls making our new home, Home.

Christmas is my favorite time of year. It is a time to reflect and to be thankful. I am thankful for my family, good health, this beautiful country we call home and that we are surrounded by all our good friends and YOU.
