Sharing Your Stories: David Frame at Lount Lake

I know that we say it all the time, but we’re really in this business for the people. Hearing about the fun you had on your trip and seeing the smiles when you get back in from a week out on the lake is very special to us here at Nestor Falls Fly-In Outposts. In the end, that’s why we do this (that and all the great fishing of course!)

We love receiving your letters about your trips. David Frame sent us a nice note about his trip to Lount Lake this last summer.

We enjoyed yet another great trip to your neck of the woods! I wanted to thank both of you and your incredible staff for all that you do in providing fishing and outdoor enthusiasts such a wonderful retreat. Everything was perfect from the reservation process all the way through to our flight back to the docks. It’s always a bit of a letdown when the Otter lifts off the lake at the end of your week and the cabin begins to fade away in the distance. But the memories and stories of a smallie smashing a topwater bait, the seemingly relentless fight of the Northern, the sheer numbers of Walleye and the incredibly tasty shore lunches carry us over just long enough till the time comes to book the following years trip with you all.

You can bet this crew will be back to enjoy the sights, sounds, wildlife and insanely awesome fishing on Lount Lake. Many times I’ll go back through the pictures and videos of our trips and remember running across the lake at dawn heading out to begin the day at some of our favorite spots on the lake. And then there’s the slow ride back to the cabin enjoying the beautiful sunsets and the soon to be prepared Walleye dinner. We look forward to seeing you all again real soon.
