Two for Two! Bear Hunting 2012

October 1, 2012

Two for Two! Bear hunters Jeremy Brown and his father Rick had all the luck they could handle on a recent week-long hunt at Kay Lake, one of the remote outposts maintained by Nestor Falls Fly-In Outposts. After being flown in and shown around the bait stations by Beaver pilot Kyle, the men were able to hang trail cams and discover when the stations were being hit by the bears.

All private hunting areas reserved for guests of Nestor Falls Fly-In Outposts, we take only one group a year, so Jeremy and Rick didn’t have to worry about other hunters having hunted over the baits before they got there. Nestor Falls Fly-In begins baiting stations a few weeks before the hunting group arrive, then groups like Jeremy and his Dad take over the baiting at the spots they think will be most productive.

Seven day packages with Nestor Falls Fly-In Outposts like this memorable hunt include flight, boat, motor, gas, baited stations and accommodations.
